They all dont know how to behave and instead of reaching on the fixed time these guys we're lying to me since morning and they didn't provided any update to me from their end. I was the one who was again and again calling and asking that when are they coming. And by day end their So called manager Gulsan is misbehaving and showing me attitude by saying that at the particular location we don't have the services available. And he was talking so inappropriately that he didn't even informed me that they will not be coming. And he just disconnected the call. So pathetic experience and they are so irresponsible and ill mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. When its come to payment Mr. Gulshan became sooo rude. Service is below poor. Not professional. Packing was not proper. They spread mess all over the house. Extremely disappointed with their service. They charge more at the end. In starting we set the deal in 7000 but at the end we paid 12000. I suggest to everyone don't work with them. They r fraud. They didnt unpack properly. They put our cloths in a bedsheet not in cartoons.they didnt carry bubble sheet, had less tape, less cartoons.
I had a very bad experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst packers movers company. I had terrible experience. First they don't tell you about their hidden charges and cancellation charges. The guys they sent for loading unloading are not at all professionals. They damaged my furnitures. No cooperation at all from the management. Mr. Gulshan Sharmna I believe manages everything, he is a liar and rude and probably the worst person I have ever interacted. First they damaged my furnitures, they dismantle a table so that they can move easily but they didn't fix it after moving, all the screws and tools are with them, they never came to fix it. They charged 2500 extra for carton boxes, can u believe 2500 for just carton boxes because they didn't tell us before that if we want to keep the cartons for atleast 1 day we have to pay for them. They promised that my payment for carton will be refunded. But as they are a fraud company, I did not get full refund. I had to chase them for 2 weeks, i literally called them everyday so that they can take away the boxes and refund my money. At one point Gulshan Sharma stopped picking up my calls. Please don't hire them cause you will get a guaranteed bad service.
