★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in Valsad. Budget price flats. I own a flat in this society. Good place for coming in holidays and enjoy. Good climate. Only disappointing the construction work of L&T is not up to the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sardar heights flats situated on the Tithal Road. All the flats are 14 storey for low income people of poor classes. Inside roads are very good and clean. Each building named a famous revers of India. These flats are boon for poor people.
Flats owners had some problems on the regular meeting with owners and government. Thslese flats given on installments to poor people. Constructed by L and T company, the construction is good.
