★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard a lot about sardar ji toys and their repo. so I bought a battery operated car for my niece last year. they told me if anything goes wrong with this car, their mechanic comes to their shop and will repair the car for free if anything happens within an year. so, I gifted the car to my niece in Chandigarh. but anyhow within 4 month's, car's battery broke down. so, I called them, and asked if battery could be repaired or replaced. but they told me that it will cost me extra bucks even if the battery has to be removed and even more money if anything else is broken down. and the owner didn't talk to me properly. he asked me to meet him and have the talk. how can I travel 160kms up and down just to have a talk on how much money be needed to repair the car when at first they assured me of 100% replacement of battery within an year? one of the most unprofessional behaviours I have ever seen. you visit their shop, they will nehave like they owe you something. once, you have bought something and asking for a repair, they disagree upon all the statements they have made and will ask you to visit the shop and only then they will talk. one of the worst salesmanship I have ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am old customer of Sardarji Toys for more than 6-7 years but as the things have changed quality has been compromised (all chinese products sold with imported tag), etiquettes to talk with customer forgotten (staff is too rude, misbehave, ignore you) and moreover defected articles sold without showing and then once you go for change you are misbehaved. (My staff from clinic was misbehaved when sent for replacement of Rs 150 balloon stand).
Getting cheaper day by day. Not recommended at all.
They can fall to ground for Rs 150 item and misbehave with anyone.
Highly disappointed with numb and dumb people sitting on counter who just know how to count cash, no skill and manners to talk to customers.
Will courier you the broken balloon stand (Rs 150) so that you could explain and teach your arrogant illiterate staff what etiquettes are.
Pathetic and shameful!

Gave car for repair which they took 15 days to do it....and still it wasnt working well ...and they lost the remote....when asked about the remote they just said we never took it...when talked to owner.... He just didn't even listened .......very dissatisfied.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience. For 10 minutes assembling they made me to wait for 1.30 hrs.
They changed the product I have selected . They said there was one part that was missing. I told them to return my money i dnt want to buy.. but they refused .. they suggested me another product but I didn’t liked it . I hade to buy product which was on higher range … it was like trap .. My child got irritated.. please visit shop if you have lot of patience
