★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small mosque in Shaikh Bazaar with quite some history attached to it. I happened to be at my in-laws place and they took me through some stories of it one being that the mosque been built by their own ancestors and even the land being donated by them to the mosque. Also that there was a small pond right in front of the mosque earlier and one could see the inverted image otmf the Sardar Khan Masjid in that pond during the day and when the mosque was lit up with lights after the sunset.
Also that this scene was so picturesque that poeple fron far and near would come to capture this scene in their cameras.
The pond is now long gone and there are houses standing in feont of the mosque. I did not even try to argue on the creaditibility of this story happening to know the background of my in-laws. So i took it as it was
