★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad travels I have ever experienced. If you want to enjoy your trip please don't go with this travels. The executive conversation was ruthless. And also the vehicle will come from a separate travels. They treated us very bad since we are Tamil people. Not even courtesy in their behavior.

They charged almost double for the ride compared to other travels and where not ready to do the advance repaymeny even though cancelled the the next day of booking since the function at my place got postponed. They asked 4600 rs for 8 hours 80km Tempo traveller. Where the rate is around 2700 with other travellers. These are middle people just making money cheating us. Never go for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a booking with saregama car rental with booking ID SRGM0517-5620 for outstation trip for 4 days, cab booked was Swift Dzire. It was nice experience with saregama travel company as driver Kishore was very helpful with all the sight seeing . Support staff was very supportive and active all the time. I would like to give all 5 stars for these kind of services. Nice experience with good cab and driver with very affordable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car they sent was very good (almost newish) but the experience we had with the driver was near nightmarish. Right from the first day, he wouldn't allow us to touch the AC control, volume control which we din't mind too much. But as the trip went on, it became more difficult for us. He would have issues with us closing door (claiming we are closing it too hard). He had issues with my 2 year old baby standing on the seat claiming "Seat cover replacement costs us Rs. 50,000". It was almost as if they did a favour on us by sending a newish car and as if we had no clue how to use and take care of high-end cars.
The driver had problem taking us to various sight-seeing locations even though ours was a fixed kms billing and we were ready to pay extra if we went beyond it. Another disaster was when we had to cancel our sight-seeing plan because the driver's phone was switched off for nearly 4-5 hours (which he later claimed was because of no network!). Even bigger issue was that their main office numbers were all switched off regularly even during weekdays which actually made me suspicious of Saregama Travels - I mean who has all their main business numbers switched off for hours and days right in the middle of a business week.
If you are going ahead with them, I would strongly recommend you ask them for a driver who is friendly and helpful. If possible, Saregama travels needed to be avoided.

It was nice experience with HV travel company as driver Raman was very helpful with all the sight seeing. staff was very supportive and active all the time. I would like to give all more than 5 stars for these kind of services. Nice experience with good cab and driver with very affordable rates.
Best car rental company in Amritsar as according to my experience.
I recommend you with my knowns to hire cab from you.

We were skeptical in the beginning but to our surprise the vehicle was in a very good condition and the driver was also very friendly and cooperative who even showed us places around which we weren't aware of. It made our trip even more memorable. Overall a very very good experience.
