My parents had visited your R K Puram store on 26th Oct,2020 to buy a geyser. They had selected Usha Water Geyser Misty 25 Ltr purple color but when the payment was done but the product inside the box was of different color. My father as a senior citizen couldn't argue with them for color since payment was already made.Your salesperson was really disrespectful towards them and the sales person said that customers can compromise for color. We couldn't do much in that case since payment was already done but we have been waiting for the installation part for the last 4 days and still we haven't got any response from your side. Please take customer care feedback seriously and at least respect the senior citizen customers. I had already raised the complaint through your site and tried to connect as well but still no response.

Bought an split ac recently and was really cherished with their hospitality and their way of explaining the features. One thing dissapointed me was the installation of ac was not done on time I made the payment on Friday asking them to deliver the AC on sunday that was to be followed by installation as well but i had to visit sargam electronics twice for getting my ac installed Finally on next friday I were able to start it Everything was nice, i have been shopping from here many a times but this happened just once One mistake can be forgived They can be called Trustable dealers

Dont buy from sargam electronics they give u a bad quailty products and they ask u for extend for the warranty and when u call the comapny coustmer care they said the warranty is ur extented warranty is not from company u have to call sargam for any service. i brought washing machine and its drain motor got stuck and they are asking for money to cahnge it i dnt knw what kind of warranty they are given. Sargam electroincs are fraud plz guys dnt be fool. I am going to sue it..

Worst service experience They forced us to take amc for product and when the maintenance time came they keep on postponing for 2more days. Never buy amc for them... They just want to eat money and give no service My complaint is due for more than a week now... Don't know why do they offer services which they can't fulfill... Worst worst worst!! ???

The shop is ok . But the installation was a horror story. I needed to get the installation done the same day of the purchase ( window AC, 1ton) on urget basis. I was told the AC would be delivered Within 2-3 hours & installation would take another 1- 1/2 hours. This was around 1130am. But this is how it went: 1.The phone numbers given by the shop didn't work all. 2. Even when I finally got in touch with the shop's salesperson through some other number found after much research, he kept saying - it's about to reach your house when it was no where near. 3. The AC ws delivered finally around 7pm. After around 100 calls to the shop. 4. The installation guy arrived half an hour earlier to the delivery guy & after taking out the old AC, almost left saying he couldn't wait for the delivery. He would come later! I wondered later when? Middle of the night?He sat half an hour whining & how the pre decided payment was less & all. 5.Finally d AC ws delivered. Once again the Installation guy started with his rant. He wanted 300 rs. etc since he would have to afix a flimsy ply strip on 2 sides because the new AC ws smaller. I tried resoning with him that the 'installation' fee was pre decided & d salesperson had told me it included fitting & any other frame adjustment work. And my base frame (solid wood) was already in place. 300 for 2 strips n a few tiny nails??But NO, he was adamant. 6. He said he just leave it as it is , if not payed the amount he wanted.he didn't care about d salesperson or what he had told me. I didn't have a choice. I asked him to just finish his work. He hastily did a shoddy job of fixing those strips. Reluctantly and carelessly plastered mseal over ( that too after telling him that strips had gaps left!!) 7. By the end of it all, I was mentally exhausted, felt cheated ,but could not do anything. The shop seems to have no control over the installation work/workers. I shall not be visiting this shop again.

Cheaters! Bought Samsung washing machine last week. Here is a list of wrong doings: After charging the card, they told me the price for exchanged product is less than what the sales guy said and I have to pay more. Gave me the product on display, even after promising that they would send a new one. Made me choose EMI option saying its at 0% but when I got the statement from bank, I have to pay 13% interest! Rat mesh should be included but wasn't. Said Samsung would provide it but after checking with Samsung Customer Care, it has to be provided by the dealer. Worst experience ever!
