I have perchased Brand new Samsung A51With IMEI numbers: (355041113336510 and 355042113336518) mobile phone On 07 July 2020, from Outlet of Sargam India electronics Adress:-. A-260,Majlis Park,Adarsh nagar Delhi-33. The Seal Packed Unit I recieved found Over Heating Problem as well as Very Poor Quality Camera When Used. On 08 July i Visited fristly on Outlet and then they Refered me to visit on Samsung mobile service centre. located on Near Adarsh Nagar Metro Station.But they Refused to any kind of help and Replacement of Faulty Unit i got.

β β β β β Although there are so many branches of Sargam Electronic but I figured this place much better. The way of getting client to visit again, staff is very cooperative and helpful. The items sold here are also better and good to use. If you are better in bargaining you may visit here.

β β β β β It is a worst experience with sargam staff as well as there services.I have taken extended warranty from Sargam and for last two months my complaint has not been attended so far. And on phone one of the staff misbehaved with me and hurling abuses at me. And when I talk to his senior he assured that my complaint taken care of, but since then no body is picking up the phone. even I do not want to give them any star
