★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was purchased A/c. 23/05/2020 salesman commented next day delivery and installation but today it's been 4 days and nothing yet.
Never go to buy products from this particular shop as they are cheaters and big manipulators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy an ac but the seller was not interested what I wanted. I think he was more interested in meeting his sales target for some particular product. That's the worst selling technic. Ended up buying ac from other place. Will never opt for this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Electronic store and here you get all electronic products like mobile, home appliances, small applincess, entertainment products like LED, speakers etc. And you can also do all type of mode of payment here and they will also provide finance options and delevry also and you can get better price from croma and Vijay sales after compare and you can do bargaining also regarding price and here you get easily all electronic brands and you can also visit with all family infect someone not able to walk than you can also use wheelchair..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased LG Front load fully automatic washing machine from its Rajouri Garden store in 2019 which was under extended warranty. This is regarding after sales service of this washing machine. I was facing certain issues while using the machine so I approached the concerned store and the incharge of service team took prompt action & resolved it.
And I would like to thank Mr. Tanmay (Manager/Incharge of the service centre, Rohini HQ) personally for taking up this matter as his own and resolving it in a speedy and professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place a visit to use my bajaj emi card for the first time to buy a microwave. They had barely 3 units kept on display and that was their only stock and when I politely asked a few questions as to which one is better and if they would be able to provide a new unit instead of the display one, the sales person became super arrogant and rude. His tone was of almost shouting and derogatory levels without any reason. He himself said that the one I liked was a faulty unit. I asked why they have kept it on display if it is faulty and he became hyper for no reason. Said "mera store hai aapko kya...main jo marzi karun". The basic manners are to talk to customer politely but he was on a different level of arrogance and rudeness. The billing and delivery experience was great though. I would suggest to go to croma or other decent stores instead. Avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy any product from them. There after sale service is pathetic. I have registered a complaint on 9/4/22 which is yet to resolve and each time I call them, they're like *Sir we are assigning this call to engineer* and even after 10 days I am yet to find a solution for my AC. A humble request, don't go for Sargam Electronics ever.

1) They matched the price of the product with the best online price I could find.
2) The salesman over exaggerated the features of the product. I was told by the service technician that those features are not present in the washing machine.
In simple words - They lied about the features to sell the product.
3) DO NOT BUY extended warranty from this place for any product. Every product company offeres extended warranty at a much cheaper price and for longer duration.
They sold me 1yr extended warranty for ₹2000
And company offered me 3yr extended warranty for ₹3500. But i couldn't take it as I had already paid the ₹2000 at the time of buying.
