★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never join this company, decision makers are disasterous and dumbfounded for a fact that they become astrologers more than IT professionals in predicting unforeseeable situations of an employee leaving the organization for better exposure. Seems they deem nd believe themselves to be lower than average. This company has no future in the IT markets globally. Join only if you want to get doomed. They are best at being astro uncles. Not worth it by any means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional from their recruitment manager at Navi Mumbai office !! First of all I didn't apply for position at this company, their HR approached me for marketing executive profile through calls, LinkedIn etc. and then asked me to send some of my previous work, once they liked it, they scheduled my interview with department manager which lasted for about an hour, after which told me I was selected for next round with recruitment manager, this interview didn't happen at the set time and then when happened it lasted for only 5-10 mins, where the lady asked same questions about my background which they already knew through previous round, didn't ask any recruitment related questions like my plans or their compensation etc. and then she suddenly stopped and said we'd have another discussion in sometime, but they never called me back or emailed me at all, I followed up so many times with their HR, but she said she didn't know, she couldn't tell me until she got feedback from recruitment manager, and it's been 15 days since and they still haven't showed courtesy to get back to me. I don't mind not getting selected, but you can't treat candidates like this, where at one point you are close to joining the company and suddenly they just cut you off without telling anything. Already from their first approach to the actual interview almost 15 days had gone and now more 15 days, I absolutely wasted my time on this company, company might be good, but this is not the way to treat candidates, yes we need job, but you also need people.
