★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit busy and we had to wait around 30 minutes in spite of having made a reservation but apart from that service is quite good. Happy with the hair spa and haircut that I opted for. The staff is polite and all of them seemed competent. Slightly expensive but got a good offer on nearbuy so it was a good experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. All staff is so good n professional. Super quality hygiene maintained. When I went there, seeing the hygiene and staff behaviour, I literally forgot the COVID situation. Very helpfull people. Keep it up Sarla's. You are always the best !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be the best salon for hair spa. They give complimentary oil massage n back massage. The products used such as shampoo, serum are the best. By taking regular head massage with wash and spa, at times, my hair texture has improved. I feel very positive when I go there. Their service and treatment is really nice. But I will not recommend it for haircut. However, one must try hair treatments there, I am sure you will enjoy it. Sarlas is the place which I have been missing badly in covid-19 pandemic than anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I done my smoothening here bt it not last atleast upto 6 month even ruined in just one week i cal them first time they said k aapka issue hm clear kr dengy u cm but second tym i cal thy did nt response at al even that lady who straight my hair (HIRA) she talks with mee second tym on cal n m asking tht ur are hira ma'am bt she said no mai hira ni hu woh choti pr h dosto wale branch me h making excuses very worst experience here i request dnt waste ur money non recommendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had taken an appointment for 4 pm. We were made to wait for 2 hours. The wait was long indeed but the bad part about the experience was that people who had taken appointment after us were given service before us. They didnt show the basic courtsey of asking us before letting other get services before us. No apology was given to us about the same. Even after they called us after 2 hours for a haircut they still went and did someone else's threading and we were made to wait for 10 minutes . Deeply disappointed customers shouldnt be treated with such disrespect.
