★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever that I have had in a post office. The person was just rude to the point that I couldn't even ask a proper question. They can't even speak English. Rude just rude I got very offended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is big most of the staff is ok but some of them are just rude uncooperative and unprofessional in their work some of them don't even know how to handle computer completely. Also the customer coming here most of them also are non cooperative so I guess its problem of both...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good post office almost any post office related work can be completed here. Selling stamps including Philately Stamps , registry, speed post, depositing and withdrawal of money from your account etc work can be completed here in this Sarojini Nagar Head Post Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had lost her NSCs and so we had to get duplicate ones. People here were really helpful though the legal process requires a lot of leg work outside the postoffice (this of course is not the fault of the staff!)
I would specially like to thank Ms Rupali who patiently explained the tedious legal process to get the duplicates, Mr Gupta who promptly did the required visits of guarantor and witnesses etc, Mr Pannalal who took the trouble to ring us and tell us the procedure was complete, and then the young, very pleasant and efficient Mr Deepak Joshi who completed the last leg of formalities really fast, and handed over the cheque to us today, (as my mother's NSCs had reached maturity date and she did not want to reinvest the money)
We were very impressed at the courtesy extended to us each time and relieved too, as my mother is 84 years old, and needed to be accompanied by me everywhere, but at no stage we felt that people at the post office were responsible for any delays or lapses in duty. The post office is also very spacious, clean and with ample parking place. A very good and pleasant experience, and comfortable too as during each visit my mother was offered a chair and once the lady staff member who sits in the same room as Rupali even shared her tea with us!
Long live this post office! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flawless in their duty. The ambiance is calm and everything seems to be going slow but then again, we are so used to the extremely fast paced life in New Delhi, this is actually a breather. Everyone knows their duty and the network of staff are properly skilled to get the job done, afterall who hasn't used Indian Post in their lives and are not aware of their impeccable service.
Except for the less hospitable staff which is the stereotype for public offices in India there are no complaints.
