★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel good rooms nice location near marathalli mahadevpura opposite AKME Ballet. They offer good breakfast mostly included in your room rent. Yes, apart from this food is expensive and so great food is just ok ok. I stayed for 9 days so experienced multiple dishes food is just ok not great. Room are good spacious, location is good, facilities are good, they also have a bottle bar not a good bar at all too oily and salty food. Buy yes brunch chilly restaurant at 4th floor is good. You can choose this hotel for your business travel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was forced to stay here for 2 weeks because of a corporate booking
All in all it appears more like an overpaid dormitory rather than a hotel with a list of instructions and dos and donts
Reasons :
1. Only 2 bottles of small water available as part of my package. Anything more and I have to pay for it.
This is one of the funniest rules I have seen. Even cheaper oyos don’t do this
Considering the heat in Bangalore this year, this policy is heartless
2. Food is generally highly priced and not up to mark in terms of taste. If you order Via Swiggy or any outside food, you will not be provided with plates or cutlery as per “Policy”.
3. If you yet order food via Swiggy , you are made to sign an undertaking by security that hotel will not be responsible for the meals or any other food related issues. I almost laughed out when I was made to do this
4. Security constantly pester you for tips. One of them nearly chased me for two days giving me stupid hints which I ignored. Later he came up and told me that he wants to have dinner outside , so can I tip him 100 rupees . I did pay and thought that will calm him down. He later approached me on the day I checked out and asked me for tips again. I told him I have no cash, he asked me to gpay him!
I refused this time and asked him to behave himself
They should stop accepting corporate bookings as this place is not worth the standard or the cost. The AC in my room was not serviced and only worked in “chill” mode.
Disappointed and if any corporate booking team is reading this, please book your staff in better places in marathalli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional/uneducated staff always ready to argue by stating their policies of which they themselves aren't aware. Brought wrong order during dining, they were supposed to provide 2 water bottles/day, but for this also they had some confusion. My 1 week package included 3 times meal, but here also they were confused. They said that I could only have either lunch or dinner. The rooms are also noisy due to traffic outside. They are not aware of their own packages/policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel but dont expect much. There is no parking or exquisite waiting area. If you are okay for bed and breakfast, this is perfect.
Room is spacious. But too expensive considering other amenities and the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Sarovar Portico has been decent. The restaurant management needs to be efficient. I was being served cold food and the same menu for lunch and dinner. Which is not acceptable, inspite of paying a high amount.
The rooms are quite small, don't go by the pictures. If you're traveling only for a day or two, then you may consider this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel for my wedding guests. In these uncertain covid times, we needed some flexibility and Mr Bhushan and team were extremely helpful. Everything that I needed was handled by them and he was available throughout the event. The rooms, breakfast, hall are all amazing and perfect for a business or personal event. Even the lunch buffet is worthy of a good restaurant. This place is a rare find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant stay it was. The rooms were commodiou, so were the cupboards unlike other hotels and the bathroom was large with bathtub. The rooms had a mini fridge, a safe locker and of course water boiler with all the ingredients for tea and coffee.
I was really impressed with the spotless ambience. We did have breakfast there which gave us ample options to choose.
The staff there were helpful and friendly. We also got an upgrade on our rooms which included a huge balcony.
