★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not suggest anyone to purchase material from Sartaj furniture. On 16 March 2018 I purchased a dinning table from him. He delivered defected dinning table and taken 30000 from me. That defected dinning table with chairs is still not replaced by him. Out of 6 chairs two defected lying with him and two are with me. Even he not bothering about my complaints. He is just doing false commitments with me till date. Not to purchase material from mr. Manjit the owner of Sartaj furniture.

Owner is helpful and explains well about the products.
Card payment is not there, only cash and UPI.

I have ordered the customised sofa set, they took measurements and everything and deliver the sofa after the delay of 10 days from the promised date.
At the time of delivery found that size of sofa is larger then expected and its being one week i am keep calling them struggling to get it fixed but there is no response from them and all they just keep saying, we will come today or tomorrow.
Not sure what they will do with warranty services even when they are not capable of providing the support at first time.
There one person manjeet singh, he is not even answering the call and other elder brother is saying he is not even know that they have make the sofa for my house.
This is how they run business and need money upfront from customers.
