★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for 9:30am. When I was there for scan, there were dozens of people waiting for scan. Staff was very busy. I tried to contact them but my trial was unsuccessful. After returned home, 1 hour later staff called for visit. They don't know also we were visited already

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doc is excellent. He explains everything very well while doing ultrasound- All organs, what looks right and what does not. Answers all the questions. Removed one star only cause the clinic smells of Chameli oil. But full marks for the excellent doc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HI I AM DR SHEENU GARGTHIS SIDE , today i want to write what difficulties we face in daily routine practice with patient . Patient complain of time management, staff unconcerned ,
lets starts with todays study for early pregnency scan , patient did not have any prior appointment , patient did not have any
serous complainants , it was just a routine scan . but patient had lot of problem with staff that staff don't understand anybody's problem .
please understand its a scan center , where everyone come with some problem . how can we adjust someone before their chance,
next patient and husband saw the baby , patient also wanted to show the bay to mother , wanted to me repeat scan so that mother can also see now where does the time management goes, i understand the excitement but now this will take more time , so how can we accurately manage the time .
same patient had concern that last time he came he had to wait for one patient inspite of appointment , sometime some studies take longer time than usual if they have more findings or more doubts , so our schedule gets delayed . how can we accurately measure time,
third a time patient tend to compare two center and two doctors.
why comparing doctors nobody wants to purposely do bad for patient , it no buying purse or food , it is directly dealing with life , we are not talking about brands , please don't use such words that our profession look commercialized , it really hurts ,
every body is free to go anywhere they want to go then why come and create fuss , it really disturbs us when we are trying to do our work so sincerely .
please donot be so rude with staff , after all they are also human beings
they are just doing their job, they are trying to earn their living,
please tell me what pleasure will they get by sending some patient early and some patient late, please be polite with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Centre regarding Utrasound of my wife. Dr. Sheenu is very nice doctor with good knowledge as well as kind nature. She did the scan of my wife very nicely and treated well. She explained all the scan details and cleared our doubts. As we took prior appointment so wait time was very less. If you will go without appointment then wait time will be more as many patients are coming at the centre.
