Trainer Ravi Sir is very skilled and professional possesing all the necessary knowledge about this work. The yoga flows are stitched properly to cater to the folks learning at different levels, property based yoga practices are taught at regular intervals. For me it feels fun and interactive during the classes. I sincerely recommend this yoga Institute to all the newbies out there who are planning to take up the classes. Don't wait just go and enroll yourself.

I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice.
