Even before placing the order, I was in touch with Prajwal, and he helped me in selecting the best solitaire, and it's truly worth all the money. They made accommodations with the order as specified and helped me received the product in the shortest time possible. They even followed-up after the delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Also, the ring came in a box with LED which shone the diamond and made the moment even more beautiful when I showed her the ring. All-in-all a great experience and highly trusted seller, and I would definitely be ordering more from here!!

In less than a month, they managed to modelize the custom engagement ring I wanted, secure the diamonds, give me a rate, make it crafted, and ship it, (including customs time).
I wont lie, I was a bit afraid of doing business with a foreign company, but Dhawal was helpful all along the process, allowing me to call a previous customer from my home country to build trust. He also gave me personal advices, from helping me chose the perfect diamond, to all kind of infos regarding shipping, payment, craftsmanship time etc.
I asked my local jeweler to authenticate the ring (materials, stones etc.) and everything is in order, as described, and the estimated price is unreal in comparison to the price paid.
All in all, all the promises were kept and I recommend Sarvada to anyone looking for the best of diamonds without breaking the bank. And yeah, I got engaged in the process ! ?
