Pros: every day work will be there.
Have more scope to learn for freshers and also for experienced.
Cons: dust of cement is raising in and all around plant. But they also sprinkle water in morning and evening, but should be sprinkle water on continuous basis to avoid dust to raising up in the air.
24 hours work will be there. There are two shifts of 12 hours each( both day and night). It would be good if they change it to 3 shifts work of 8 hours each, considering health of workers.
Conclusion: apart from dust and work hours everything is good and have more scope for learning.
