★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Buy Sarvo water pumps they make too much of irritating noise which is unberable one can't even stand near the pump if its on it will disturb your peace of mind, customer service is very poor, local uneducated mechanics are sent by the company to attend calls with no ID card, very poor experience, do not take a chance or else you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should've given 0 stars but that's unfortunately not an option. We purchased a 1 HP monobloc motor, it stopped working only after 3 months of usage. When we complained to the company they sent a mechanic who was extremely rude and uncouth. He wanted to see the warranty card but we did show him all the materials we found in the box he said it is not a warranty card. We showed him the box on which the manufacturing date was Dec 2020 and the warranty is 2 years so clearly the motor was in warranty. The mechanic flatly refused to repair it.
Clearly the company doesn't value Customers it is better to go with other brands and save yourself the pain.
