★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarvodaya traders. Beware, they won’t even exchange the product as soon you step out from the shop. Avg. quality with zero customer satisfaction. So think 10 times before you make a decision to buy anything from here. There are several shops who sells carpets with much better variety, rates and care to build relationships with customers and not just take their money and never look back. Highly disappointing experience.
Yes, they make it explicit and there is no return / exchange policy. But it’s a highly disappointing policy itself. No one thinks that they are going to exchange the purchase but it’s a hassle if your carpet does not match up with the room and you wish you would not have purchased the from such a shop. I called them to exchange it within 14 hours and they just made an excuse of their policy. I also offered them to inspect the carpet or take reasonable exchange fees but their store manager denied without any fraction of empathy for the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good. They have wide range of products from sofa cushion covers to carpets..and numerous varieties of each product. The staff is decent. The only thing I felt is that the prices are somewhat less reasonable. They do say that they have wholesale prices yet, a bit steep. This may not apply to all the products though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shops for home furnishings in Kirti Nagar. Unlike other shops, they also have readymade curtains that they make out of surplus or leftover fabrics. These are expensive fabrics being sold at dirt cheap prices, and are absolute value for money. We bought a set of readymade curtains and also bought a made to order set of curtains, and they promptly got it ready before Diwali. The coordination for sizes and lining etc was seamless. Special thanks to the sales person Mr. Sanjeev. I would totally recommend the shop for buying curtains and other furnishings.
