★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was very poor for which we did number of mails but no single positive response. It’s being almost 5 months of us requesting for refund as they were unable to provide loan and that’s exactly opposite of what it stands for. Due to this I was unable to pay my daughters’ school fee. I don’t know this happens often to others or not but in my case they never really respond. I am tired of requesting and writing mails regarding refunds but they’re not ready for it without deductions, which I don’t find rational. As I am asking for refund because of their fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is of 1.3 lakhs but charging point is of 3.5lakhs which on paper is optional,, but they are charging a whopping 5lakh rupees for one car parking with mandatory charging point.. they are here to make money in the name of affordable housing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited so many time since last 1 year but I can't see any development for 2bhk. Still they are calling for payment as I have already paid around 5.50L. I just want to see the development in 2bhk plan only after that I will pay the rest amount.. I am scared to pay more amount of money because it's already late more than 1year still I can't see any development work for 2bhk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ regarding Parking area : is of 1.3 lac but charging point is of 3.5 lac , it is in favour of Sarvome : plan/made charging point optional in parking area then buyer may think purchase of parking area.
and want to know who is Mr.Jatin Chawla (jotindra steel & tubes authorized this person for signing in builder buyer agreement in shree homes)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pl donot book flat in this project, builder is not good record. No bank offering Home loan for this project. Somany peoples are suffer due to builder bad record. Avoid. Previously I have given 5 star.but now 0.

my husband profile is good for loan but no good response from loan department for disbursed the loan yet....also rajni ma'am said your profile is clear...but now she said please pay your demand in cash to builder. she is totally fraud lady. from november 2021 to april'2022 our loan not sanctioned and not disburse yet.
