We are from Sashank Constructions, So as of now the pictures which you have uploaded is a fault of customer, with out informing the builder he made a grove cutting in his flat to alter his house for pooja room and home theater, because of heavy vibration it caused air cracking in his flat which not happened in any other flats. Kindly do not give a review unless you know the reality and knowledge of construction. If any queries kindly re-visit again.

Floor plan could hv done better keeping same dimension
