The team at “Svamitva Architecture Studio” floored us with their plan options, once we finalized on the plans they got to work marking out the plan and then supervising each step of the process. They finished the project on time and with utmost quality. We have known them for over 10 years and we wish them the very best in all their future endeavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Svamitva Architecture Studio Architects right from the initial stage itself for building our proposed residential building. During discussions they have given good suggestions and based on our liking and budget a drawing was prepared by them, That was to our liking. They also helped us to finalize a proper contractor who could complete the work to our satisfaction. During construction periodic inspections were undertaken by Ar. Akshay Mahaver Mehta and given proper instructions given to the contractor. They have given proper working drawings at different stages on time so that work could be completed on time to our satisfaction.
Overall we were very happy with this firm and their professional approach, knowledge of the subject concern on timely finishing the work.

It was a good decision indeed.
I would like to be really transparent about my experience and the services provided by Svamitva Architecture Studio.
What we really liked about Svamitva Architecture Studio was there knowledge about Architectural Industry.
Very good attitude to deal with the mistakes which happens at times, they take responsibility and don't just shrug off.
Commendable patience in listening to client's needs, tastes and changes in designs.
They deliver on/before time, wont give or agree for unrealistic timelines.
Overall be assured you will be getting a good looking services at the end.

I had choosed them for the architectural planning. During conversation and presentation they seems to be very much creative. Qouted a very big amount compared to many other service providers in the market. Thinking that they would work for that money they charge, I have paid advance amount as well. But when the actual work started It was highly disappointing. Designs that they provide it really doesn't worth at all. I had to stop the contract in between by loosing my hard earned money and my precious time. I strongly feel they are lagging with experience and skilled resources. My suggestion for someone who is looking for their dream house designs with hard-earned money then its not the right place.
