★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed my trip to the Pune airport (on 4 Jun 2020). During this time Ola & Uber were yet to start the passenger bookings. My experience was very good and particularly liked their professionalism. An SMS and email was sent well in advance with all the chauffeur details. Sameer (managing my travel) was very quick to respond to my communications. My trust and confidence has developed post my first experience. Would definitely recommend for any important/planned travels.

The alternate arrangements would have taken at least 15 minutes more as per another driver's phone call to me, so I could have missed my flight. I had to arrange for my own transportation at the eleventh hour. Highly unreliable service.

The polite driver was very punctual and well experienced. The car was well kept and maintained to vey high standards.
