★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know who is rating this place as 4 star and calling good place . Either they didn't lived here and randomly giving ratings or they don't know life style. This place is Mess and won't recommend to anybody why find below.
1. Infected with peigons.Peigon's poop everywhere in you balcony in your windows and some time if you leave window open peigon's poop + feathers in your room.
2. Saw a snake crawling at the gate security guard doesn't care.
3.Rooms are small.
4.Street has no roads so filled with dust and sand and stones .
5. Building smells because of peigon poop and you can't do anything . there is thousands of them .And Manager dont care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a safe and secured place to live. The market area is nearby to Saswat Homes. It takes 2-3mins to reach Bigbazar, Patia by foot. It has a park for kids and a large space to park your vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location Poor Facilities. Stayed here for 5 months. Lifts are dirty. Security guards are OK. And the road to the apartment is not a pitch road. It gets worse during monsoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is not good, its easy to loose track unless you have a gps or you are a local, with the similar maze of streets fading away from the main road.. Flats are good with good security. Ample parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Averagely maintained apartment complex.. Nothing great.. To reach it is a pain.. Roads leading to it from the main road are pathetic.. At Night the roads are completely dark and one of the most unsafe roads in the locality.. Rent is also not low compared to what they have to offer.. Not recommended unless the roads improve..

Cleanliness is not upto the mark but it's ok ok type.
Main problem is pigeon poop
Go to amy part of the apartment, you will get pigeon poop and that too in huge quantity thay you have to check if you can walk safely.
People are nice, location is good
Road is also completely fine.
