★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from the showroom. I purchased a Two wheeler (Jupiter) from the showroom and within a month I have to visit thrice bcz of some issues in the lock. After that, one day the keys got stuck and I was not able to rotate the key in any direction. So I was unable to take the vehicle to the showroom. From last 4 days their manager is saying to send a person to change the lock and no one has visited till now. Everyday he is promising to send someone and no one is turning up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience in satbhaya workshop. No one assist you properly. They said you done service with local vendor so issues comes around. But from last 2 years my bike coming at their place only and they find out mistakes everytime to grab money. AFTER SALES IS PATHETIC. Ha dle controller is missing and they said it's your mistake not our, you have to buy one. I am about to take tvs Jupiter but looking at this service i am going to take HONDA ACTIVA. Dear TVS you are loosing service because of your this pathetic service.
