But the sales manager Farzana at the site office had absolutely no idea about the overall layout , view and other such details. She couldn't give any clear answers to the even basic clarifications related to the project and the geography of the area. And looked totally frustrated and arrogant and was behaving quite rudely, may be to cover up her ignorance. Such mannerless and ignorant sales girls who have no knowledge over sales and how to handle customers will only tarnish the reputation of the satellite group.
