★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for replacement of my Redmi 4 display, and when I came back home then I saw that my sim tray was not in mobile... How irresponsible they are...over all service is good... Token system for queue is great... People are also so humble so nice place in Noida for your MI phone... By the way take a look at the mobile phone after serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had just one time visit. Had a problem with my Mi Band 2 they solved it but had to wait for an hour atleast in que which is common for mi service centres. The representative also took more than required time. They really need to work on attending one customers at a time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre i have ever seen...very poorly managed...no cleanliness...you have to wait for minimum 2 hours to reach the counter...they make sure to make you feel that you have done the biggest mistake of your life by buying a MI phone... #Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi service center has started giving token number from hate2wait app. Even if you come directly to this place, you will need to take token from that app. So i highly recommend to take the token using that app and save some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can expect that sometimes it happens when things don't work but the service is really poor it's been More 12-15 days since I submitted my phone and it's being repaired in-warranty.
Without any information been sent/delivered to me. About when it will be fixed.
I don't think that people working at this service center understand their jobs.
Won't buy any micromax product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not give a single star to this service center, They are worst in comparison of all other Micromax service center. Poor service, they are there only for bullshit. Just passing time, I gave a phone for repair, after 45 days,, they told that it could not be repair. My biggest fault to buy a Micromax phone. Even they don't know how to talk with customer. their sound was totally irritating.

I Complained many times to customer care as well noida service centre but there is no action till now
I purchased my handset in march 2017 and still its like a dabba . No use

False commitment of dates.
I gave my phone for screen replacement but got it back un-repaired and tampered.
I won't recommend anyone for getting Mi Service from this service center.
They will erase your data and replace internal components even if the repair is cosmetic, and they will give vague explanations if you start questioning them.
