β β β β β I went there for my visa medical. There is proper waiting area, neat & clean process. All tests take place at one floor with proper sequence and very cooperative staff. It took around just 2 hours for examination. Highly recommend for visa medical. ?

β β β β β Excellent to book for your medical examinations regardless of your country. All of the staff was very courteous and professional. Took only 1 hour for 5 medical tests. Only concern was x-ray gowns for males, because most of them dont have ties which means many men feel nervous while going out if that can be fixed along with some instructions (visual) for aiding first timers as many of the kids are very nervous. But again 5/5 stars and bless this hospital and its staff to prosper and help Nation.

Doctors guided very well, Staff has taken good care of Patient.
One thing is that there is too much delay in providing Private room after Surgery, have to wait for about 9hrs for Room.

β β β β β All services provided by hospital are outstanding. The doctors and staff is very caring. GDA and nursing staff is very polite. Overall environment is peaceful and offers quick service to any kind of problem. We are so thankful to the entire SPS team for offering us wonderful Service.

β β β β β DONβT RECOMMEND for visa medical for family .
Very bad visa media facility and services. I booked for my parents and they are 73 and 67 years old. Due to seasonal flu they canβt attend the appointment. I contacted with them around 36hours before the medical appointment. One of the receptionist staff advised me that I need to send the medical certificate for my parents and they can reschedule. After sending all the paper work then they told that management is reviewing your case and finally when I called them after 3 days then they told they canβt change. I requested them to transfer the call to seniors manager and she canβt replied on my question and then she told me that she is going to transfer to someone else and discontented the phone. I canβt understand then why they charged me full amount 15000 for them and I requested them I am happy to pay 10 to 20% penalties. They never listen to me. It look like this is a big private Fraud station but not the hospital.

β β β β β A good very big hospital , having lots of proper facilities. I've had my medical and overall experience was very good. Staff member are very helpful. With less or no problem I was able to get my medical certificate. Environment inside hospital is properly disciplined with silence. Overall it was a good experience when I got my medical done?

β β β β β Was on holiday when wife suddenly fell unexpected ill. The complete medical staff and doctors were absolutely phenomenal in offering their support, expertise and advise. They quickly provided the necessary care and expedited all tests. My wife was provided the best care I have ever come across. They are a blessed team.

β β β β β Very bad facility for visa medical. There is no proper seating arrangement if we pay this much for the medical atleast we deserve to have a chair with proper air conditioning, there were not even fans. The person on enquiry was very disrespectful he was busy scrolling Facebook. I suggest you should never choose this hospital for the visa medical.
