★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful apartment. Most of the residents are from Kashmir. you can enjoy listening the melodious voice of the people. Its parking area is big and security staff are very cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society mainly for Kashmiri people. It is a community of Kashmiri people living together, celebrating together each n every festival with full enthusiasm. Very clean, nice space for kids to play and elders to walk. Proper parking is also available as per your flat. Friendly people ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange but they allow only Kashmiri's to buy the flats in the society. Otherwise a big and v clean society. V well maintained and have a positive vibe to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. You can meet the people with melodious voices with a bit different accent. You can find Kashmir in this society.security staff are friendly and cooperative. One problem is that there is no car parking space for the visitors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definately amongst the cleanest society i have come across in Dwarka. Ample of parking slots compared to other societies where you get parking for 1-2 vehicles and no visitors parking is allowed inside. They accomodate visitor parking as well.
The society has couple of Garden and community centre as well which residents can use for personal functions basis availability.
One thing where this place lacks standards is amenities. Absolutely 0 investments on maintaining swings for kids, or any other sports like Basketball, Badminton or Table Tennis. They do maintain lawns pretty well but for some strange reason there is no emphasis on other Basic amenities !!!
