★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to live in Modinagar. Open and calm and clean. But there is hardly any social responsibility initiative there. Dogs and monkeys abound the streets with abundance. Morning walkers are at mercy of the wild animals and are always in danger of being bitten by monkeys and dogs. There are corners in the residential park where it is forbidden to go because of monkeys.
There is no cleanliness too. I wish the residents get together and create some society fund to be contributed every month. These funds can thus take care of cleanliness and stray animals issues which are stopping the park form going to the status it so dearly deserves. Some of the most prominent patrons of Modinagar live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most secured and posh colony of Modinagar. This Colony has big playground with badminton courts too. And the sewage system is also good. Roads are constantly repaired and each house has their own private lawn.
