★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORSE AFTER SALE SERVICES. I'VE PURCHASED A COOLER FROM THIS SHOP AND I WAS INTO TROUBLE AND TROUBLE. THEY GAVE US LEAKED WATER TANK WITHOUT CHECKING. WHEN I PUT A COMPLAINT ABOUT IT THEY SEND A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR REPAIR. BUT STILL IT WAS LEAKING. AGAIN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. THIS TIME THEY CHANGED THE WATER TANK OF COOLER BUT IT WAS WITH MORE LEALAGE. AGAIN I PUT A COMPLAIN. EVERYTIME I PUT A COMPLAIN THEY SAID MECHANIC IS COMING IN HALF AN HOUR BUT IT CAME AFTER 4-5 HOURS SAYING THAT HE WAS THE ONLY MECHANIC TO BE LOOKING AFTER ALL CUSTOMERS. ALL THAT PERIOD MY FAMILY WAS SUFFERING FROM HEAT WAVE DUE TO WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS SARNAAM COOLERS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY RUDE IN TALKING. WHEN I SAID I'LL COMPLAIN TONPOLICE AND CONSUMER COURT THEY WERE THREATING ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY ARE WORST MENS SITTING IN SATNAM COOLER COMPANY. I'LL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. EKDUM BAKWAAS COMPANY, EKDUM BAKWAS SERVICE. IT IS JUST LIKE ONCE CUSTOMER PURCHASES THEIR PRODUCTS THEY SAY BHAAD ME GAYA CUSTOMER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They manufacture good quality coolers and rates are also reasonable. Sales girls trained in a proper way and they can tell you every technical details of machine you want to purchase.
Only delivery is very slow, lack of coordination, transport guys try to charge bomb for light weight cooler. Sad part is shop support them. When I individually searched battery maxxi auto it costed to Rs.125/- and transporter of shop asked me initially for Rs.300/-. This difference is huge. Shop should have control over this price, it should be reasonable nor too high or low.
Coolers are of good quality, variety, with two years warranty. Card mode, Paytm mode, cash mode payment is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide range of products, which are durable, long lasting and energy efficient. Products are reasonable and rightly priced. But the regulator's range could be increased, the slowest speed feels a bit too fast which could be decreased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad people,they fit cooler completely and then ask if u want regulator (speed control switch) and they rudely argue with you saying ,iska extra charge lgenga, ab pura kholna pdenga.
There staff need some manners how to talk with there customers. ??????
