★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer of last 10 year but today have one of the worst experience. Purchased some material paid cash unfortunately paid twice cash as well as Gpay. In this purchase some material need to refund he deducted Rs 100 for refund which was cash purchase. And seeking 18% deduction after huge arguments returned Gpay. whole incidence happen within 1 hour. No bill was made hence question of only ethics. I was having excellent experience in last 10 years but now ethics are changing. I will be customer in future too but not based on last 10 year loyalist but every time as new customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person with semi-bald look(seems to be the owner) is aggressively rude and uncultured. Doesn't know how to speak to customers and gets into unnecessary arguments with customers. Unmannered person with no etiquettes. The other employees who must be less educated behave well than this creature. Whoever visits this shop must make a point to teach this person how to behave.
Did a shopping of around 5K the other day and the next day had visited the shop for exchange of 2 items and this dude is applying GST on this exchange transaction for paying the excess amount. Totally unreasonable.

The owners are humble and soft spoken. Customer management is best. Very less waiting time even during rush hours. Over all a good place and guniene persons.
