★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The material is very good and there is a lot of variety but the staff is just so careless.If you are buying through any online medium they don't reply to your messages untill and unless you are after them from morning till evening. Really disappointed with that. If the staff isn't good then please atleast upload all the products on the website.

I got a package that had a weird and very strong smell. The items were rusty looking and old. Couple of them were damaged.
When i called them the girl gave me number of a lady and she was on another level of talking rude. Refused my concern the moment i told her i want to return the package. After arguing for couple minutes she ok for return when i said i'll pay the shipping. On their website they have stated that you can return the product if you file a complaint within two days and i did within an hour. On too of that they argue about who will handle the return shipping even though they mentioned in their website police that customer will have to bare the charges.
Its been 7 days now my return package has reached them but they don't seem to bother about checking it.
The only time you will get a response when you comment on their social media and they will ask you to remove it then they offer to resolve your issue.
Which I did first time but today when i had no option i left a comment on their instagram page and they just removed my comment.
Please stay away from them and find a better place.
I shop from different suppliers and never had such bad experience these people claim to be old and big in business but don't know how to handle customer service.
