Our first meeting was just like a business deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am searching for a house from last 3 years and finally I got my dream home in February, 2021. In this long journey, Satsangi Properties & Real Estate Developers was always with me. They have shown me many properties in this duration but honestly speaking I am very selective person while buying a house and my budget is also limited.
I personally feel that I can’t buy house in Dayalbagh area with my all requirement and budget. But Mr. Ankit Saxena, a person working in Satsangi Properties never loses his patience and hope while showing me different houses. He always attends my calls, answer my quarries and even in odd times or in lockdown situation we were in frequent touch. He went Tahsil with me 4-5 times for the Legal formalities and every time he guides me and clarifies all the legal procedure of Registry. Even after the completion of Deal, now he is helping me with Gas connection, Water connection and other amenities. He is very cooperative person.
The Owner of Satsangi Properties & Real Estate Developers, Mr. Agam Prasad Srivastava is a very knowledgeable, experienced, nice and a humble person. We sat together 4-5 time to finalize the deal but due to some reasons deals couldn’t finalized but he never lose his patience with me. He is very professional at the time of dealing making all the things very clear to the both buyer and seller. He is impartial like a true mediator who understands the requirement of both the parties.
Under leadership of Agam Sir, all the staff members of Satsangi Properties are very professional, cooperative and always try to understand the needs of their client.
After 3 years of professional relationship with Agam Sir, he is now like an elder brother to me. Even after the completion of deal we sat together discussed about struggles we faced in life, life’s philosophy and future plans etc.
