Construction quality is really poor..seepage all over the project...everyday one or the other technician needs to visit your flat...

This is the best investment one can make on the residential property market looking at the location which is in the close vicinity of the city, the connectivity it has to reach those places and the huge gated community of 1380 apartments which will bring diversity, rich cultures, values and wide range of lifestyles from the different parts of the country within the same complex. The facilities, features and ammenties provided by the builder are of world class.The property appreciation before phase 1 handover itself has raised by 25% from it's pre launch price and looking at the development which is going to happen on the outer ring road and Metro phase-3 coming up in the future it is further going to increase. The distance of the apartment from the drainage is more than 250 meters and it cannot be seen or smelled from inside. This should not be a problem anyways which unnecessarily is creating a hype. Don't get influenced by the reviews while taking decisions. One can always visit the property and see for its own to take a call. I agree that present sales representatives response at site is not overwhelming as it used to be earlier which the company has to seriously look at improving.

Faced water issues, noise and dust from the other buildings construction.Facility team doesn't respond for any complaints.Had to stay without water for almost 12 hours and no one responded immediately.Vacated my rented room after a month

Good view from the apartment. Drains will be covered by the builder for his property area. Amenities are good. Builders quality of construction noticed is worth the buy. All transaction has been smooth with him till date. Metro will pass in a span of 5 years or so the buy is worthy

The apartments needs to be viewed from the ORR flyover or from inside to witness it's true nature. It is beautiful and has all modern amenities at a fraction of the cost. I agree that the apartment doesn't look the most enticing from the actual entry due to the presence of garbage dump yard and the polluted River in front. However, there are 2 important things to consider here: 1) the drain isn't visible or smell from inside the apartment, 2) the garbage dump yard and drain will most likely be covered or renovated over time. I wouldn't complain otherwise as I've seen worse entries. What matters is how the apartment feels from the inside.

The Marketing team is a cheat here do not let your hard earned money to there hands they will trap you with sweet things and ultimately you will loose all your hard earned money. More over what ever they are saying is absolutely false. Maintenance is more than 5.5k electricity bill is fluctuating one of them has 10k bill. This is still under commercial and not converted to resendential also. No has got OC. they say it will be given after new phase is completed. Who can trust these guys. Oh and more over the waters are provided by tankers. They try to out smart you by all means possible. And the biggest drainage in front of the property to welcome you. I got trapped and am fighting to get back my hard earned money. Please please be careful with Marketing team Prajwala and Vijay.

A huge residential apartments complex comprising of 12 towers in the first phase with each tower ? being 14 floors each. Phase two is also under construction consisting of the same number of towers and floors, both out together there will be 1500 flats. Covered car parking are in the basement. All amenities like swimming pool, children's play area, gym, indoor games, walking pathway etc., Security is tight and the entrance is grandeur with a long drive way. The lifts are operational though interiors are not completed. Many of the flats are yet to be occupied. Situated on the service road close to the main Nagarbhavi Magadi road. Can easily be located from the main road. Small parks are also there and the whole project is not yet completed. They have a small hall for celebrating birthday parties etc., Which is the main drawback. There will be a shopping centre, pharmacy etc.,
