★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Satvas dance company's Mohiniyattam class during Vijayadashmi last year. It was a proper guru shishya starting for me on an auspicious day. I had very less knowledge about Mohiniyattam before I joined. Looking back now it seems like I have come so far in learning and understanding this artform. Starting from adavus, chuzhipu, eye movements, body's posture, strength, stability, stamina and many more things are covered during the class. Guru Ambili Madam has a very well structured and systematic approach of teaching which also focuses on each individual differently according to one's nature. Even during the times of Covid, we have been having our classes regularly adjusting to the new normal. I'm very excited to continue the journey and hoping to improve and learn more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sathish has been taking Zumba and dance classes in our appartment complex for adults as well as kids for more than 5 years now . He is a wonderful choreographer and a very patient teacher. He knows how to make a complicated step look simple when it comes to teaching. Kids find him an awesome mentor and don’t want their class come to an end as he is so much fun to be around. With the opening of their grand dance studio in aecs layout recently, they have taken their dance and fitness sessions to a new level. They have a set of dedicated and passionate teachers in a multitude of dance forms. Ambili is a professional and trained classical dancer in bharat natyam and mohiniattam for more than 20 years and she leaves no stone unturned to keep herself updated and sharpen her dance skills. Kids love her so much for her enthusiasm and the passion she works with them. I would highly recommend Satvas dance company to take fitness and dance classes with their learned and professional dance instructors. The icing on the cake is their annual dance extravaganza show which gives each and every student to exhibit their skills on the stage and gain confidence by displaying it to a large number of audience. Thank u Sathish and Satvas dance company for giving all of us dance enthusiasts to learn and explore their passion and to take it one step forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fitness journey with Satvas studio started in May and I must mention that, the journey since then has been nothing short of amazement. Every session has been a transforming experience. Instructors Sathish & Ambili are extremely patient,humble and highly encouraging. They pay attention to every detail on postures, alignment, breathe control that any fitness person should focus. Their extreme dedication towards each student will make one feel that they are your family members. Not just during class time, even offline they make sure the student gets right amount of sleep, diet and mental relaxation to keep fitness the lifelong journey. Whether it is group class or 1-0-1 class, every student gets equal attention and encouragement. Within few months itself, I have seen unimaginable transformation of being more stronger than ever, being flexible than ever and being energetic throughout my day. If you would really want to know what the word TRANSFORMATION really means, I would say just join SATVAS & discover it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Satvas fitness and Zumba classes few months back. This place has very well maintained dance floors. More than one form of fitness classes are available. Even the location is also very good. All the mentors are very cooperative and always motivate you to continue your sessions. Even during this lockdown period we are having online classes on a regular basis.

They push you to improve and grow further & more. And it's fun as well. They have a great studio, immense space, classes catering to all age groups & styles and do choreographies too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay. So I went in for fitness class but was so glad to have an of option so many other dance forms. I ended up going for both dance as well as fitness class. Due to my work I had problem attending classes but the staff is super friendly and allowed me at the time of my convenience. The price is also reasonable.
