★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Place with no professionalism. my visitor was forced to use a spare room ( tiny room with dirty bed and dirty bathroom) for three day, even though i confirmed room booking 20 days before his arrival to Delhi as Jangpura being near to my home. Ranking even 1 star is too much for this place. highly Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent...rooms are fine.....But manager is very nin co-operative....I booked a room for 23rd oct to 25 th oct.through make my ..Cheak in time was 12pm....I was travilltra from Manali....So I called at hotel on 22 oct for early cheakin if possible around 9 am....He called if room is available...then manage able without any extra charge....But when I present there on 9 am ,23rd oct.....With my two child after a journey of 15hrs by bus....Being tired.....The manager claimed rs 600 extra for early cheak in otherwise have to wait ulto 12pm....Then I have to pay Rs 500.....And in 2 days they did not provide any drinking water after 1st day...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow, and i really mean it, i have booked this hotel for my uncle, and he's so happy with me for made an booking with this hotel.
rally good management and so staff, and were connected with my uncle till he reach the hotel, even they asked for pick up drop and everything they did what can 5star hotel can do. they helped my uncle a lot, best services given by them and the most important thing they gave the best room than i saw online,,, there's no cheating what online portals doing this days, i prefer this hotel to all of you and remeber next trip book only with this hotel, full of value of money,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some pros - good location, near by station and Nizamuddin dargah, clean rooms.
Cons-
1) No lift so if your are travelling with elderly forget about this hotel, they will make you climb steep 3 floors.
2) poor service - phones not working for everything you need to order you to go down 3 floor and ask for it.
3) when asked for bucket for bathroom, staff plainly refused.
4) water heater was not working, imagine your condition in Delhi’s 6 degree temperature.
Overall go if you have some work near by and need a hotel in vicinity, otherwise avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well lit and ventilated rooms. Sufficiently stocked toiletries. Helpful reception staff. But please do provide mosquito repellents. Had to spend some time sanitizing the room. And power back up may be automated. Had to knock reception to start generator during power failure. Overall a good stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and well behaved staff. Rooms are good and spacious. We booked it through oyo at a very reasonable price. They even rented out their kitchen for self cooking at a good rate. Location is little away from the main attractions or hospitals of delhi. But overall the stay was enjoyable. And there is nothing i can complain against.
