★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken prouducts for rent and used for 3 days after which products were returned as requirement wasn't there. The owner and the staff mis communicate terribly and blame the customer. In the end was charged the whole month rent for no reason...! Additional to this this guy will charge for transportation and labour from some third party which is exorbant..! Worst guys to do business with..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satwik Surgicals is an extremely business minded venture.
We hired a Cot on rent for Rs. 1600/month. At the end of 10months, he wanted to charge us extra Rs. 120 for 4 bushes which had worn away during the year long use.
He has a regular auto which does the pick up and delivery of the items, who also charges much more than the usual delivery cost.
Would strongly recommend you NOT to get anything from him, but rather go to Fast Surgicals who is far better than Satwik, much cheaper, more courteous.
I'm an genuine customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought portable commode and a surgical pillow (triangle shaped) for my grandfather (95) after his surgery. The quality of both products were excellent and the price was nominal. Before going, I called and enquired about the items, and the owner responded very promptly.
Before that we had even rented a foldable wheelchair for my grandfather and it was also excellent. The rent was reasonable and proper settlements (advance and rent) were made without any hastle.
The service is very prompt and the quality of the items is excellent. I will definitely recommend Satwik Surgicals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, while returning the rented things. I had rented a walker and after one month first the owner said he wont pick up from my location , I need to come to give it back which he didnt clarify and the time of delivering the walker. Second he asked me to send it through dunzo and he will pay the dunzo transport money and when i returned it through dunzo he didnt pay me back the dunzo money denying that he didnt said for dunzo money. Im attaching the text proof of the conversation.
