★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this scheme . it's construction is very nice. And all the facilities are very good. Specially underground parking , garden and tiny swimming pool for little childrens. The two sides of scheme is around 100 feet road.
S.G.Highway is near. Vaishnodevi circle is near around 2.5 km.,Chandkheda gam and tragad gam and zundal circle is near.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No facility in this project... No swimming pool. Garden area is small. Builder has cheated many individuals. Parking kiosk in the society. Space is limited. Not at all happy with the construction and builder.. They are just there to earn money only. No concern for public staying there in the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essentially comprises of 5 blocks of 7 floors with 4 apartments on each floor. 3 blocks are of 2 BHK and the remaining 2 blocks are of 3 BHK design.
There is a gym, parking basement with automatic gate for exit, good security, and a good play area for the kids with lawn, slides etc
There are two floors of commercial shops on the outside such as barber salon, ice cream parlour, provision stores which are operating.
Mostly youngsters are occupying the apartments - meaning good partying at festive times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property, you can feel the quality of construction. RERA approved, all mendatory facilities available like alloted parking, huge entrance, quality lift, garden area, gym, club house, etc.
Other advantages petrol pump less than 3 min, multi speciality hospital less than 15 min, shool like Apollo less than 5 min, Kataria - Maruti sales ans service less than 5 min.
Best to buy, get review from nearby flats and I am sure you will get positive reviews.
