★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ????????????Try and avoid shopping here. Their staff is ill mannered and uninformative. They have expensive products, they keep high profit margin and have their own price tags on many items. If you buy any product which has warranty, don’t forget to get it stamped there and then. Don’t expect any assistance later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic After Sales Service. A TV & A/C Purchased 1.5 Year back the Front display had to changed...Now its the 6th Time. And to replace you need the original bill & if its lost & you ask the SATYAM ELECTRONICS People to get it even its all computerised...You will have to wait for at least for god know how many days... in my case its been 3weeks Plus. Both the products needs repair every 4-5 Months....Yes the products are under warranty...But you still have to pay the Service Charge & the transport charges amounting to Rs. 1700/- Now just calculate 6 X 1700/-...Yes its not worth...I guess the Items are refurbished or the Bad ones. A Real Disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All purpose neighbourly store which retails, repairs many household kitchen items. Will usually give some discount as well. Exchange offers available. Only thing they need to improve is the behaviour of some of the counter staff who don't take adequate initiative to show things. Have been patronising them for two decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satyam home appliances is a great store to shop for all types of home requirements. They have separate sections for kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and other essentials for the kitchen. Another section deals with plastic ware and yet another for electrical home appliances. They also undertake repairs for these appliances. It's a go to place for all your household needs. A very convenient and attractive store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service below expected standard.here technician knows how to cheat customers,my microwave was repaired 4 times in 6 months and paid 5000/ and recently got electric kettle repaired paid 250/rupees did not work for 4 days using 2 times a day. Their reply is no guarantee on electrical items.
Apart from all above they are very arrogant and don't have basic knowledge of talking and handling customer.
Decided never ever to buy or get service from Satyam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A known shop in the area where issues related to maintenance of the home appliances are addressed quickly with the support of trained and skilled staff. Availability of the required accessories is assured either from the available stock or is arranged from the reputed companies. Very fast response in the nearby area just over a service request. Behaviour of the staff and owner is professional. Paytm and other digital mode of payments are possible here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of each and every workers.. they don’t know how to talk with customers. Assurance only at the time of selling, later on they won’t take any accountability. Have purchased few kitchen items and got defective next day..they didn’t exchanged and behaved like it was your mistake..
