★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious and well ventilated homes. The apartments also has its own Kirana store right now so all basic needs are readily available. Only issue is with the street dog menace, the road to the apartments has at least 20 dogs and its a little scary on that front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not having luggage lift, No Grocery shops nearby. Security guards are just for name. Stray dogs can go upto the top floor and have feast on your overnight garbage bags. Quality of construction is of substandard. In pent house, you cant take big furniture or double bed to upstair rooms. Totally unplanned construction. Also in duplexes you have a no man balcony. There is no way to reach that balcony. Totally civil engineering failed.
