The floor staff are not properly trained to be customer-friendly, particularly with senior citizens.
Inspire of repeated pleadings for help in finding items, though I was the only customer present, they were very very reluctant to help locate my requirements. And finally when a lady staff did, taking my list, all the items were in the trolley in a jiffy..
wish you could look into this and instruct/direct your staff to be helpful.
