★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are poorly maintained, there is a huge water issue. The people responsible mostly forget to fill the tank and you need to go and complain a million times before any action is taken.
The things used in building the houses are not up to the mark.. and even though the maintenance is in their hands for a year. They are extremely slow to react to complaints, and sometimes the issues are not even resolved.
The distance is a bit of a problem, otherwise the place is really good to live, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality construction. Even the sample flat on second floor had completely wet inner wall. Room and flat size is smaller than what I have seen in Mumbai. Not sure why are they constructing so small 2 BHK in Indore. 12 flats in one floor was obnoxious to start with and then everything went south.
