★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been facing a lot of issues - specifically inconsistent bowel movements and lots of acidity & bowel. To add on, I was taking hard laxatives everyday just to relief myself.
Upon meeting Vivek Ji, he told me a lot of wisdom including our body composition, what should we eat, how should we eat along with treatment to cure and rectify my constipation. Its been 6 days as of now and I am witnessing good progress.
I can ensure you this is something which is natural and has no side effects. Also, i believe this should be the way of life.
Vivek Ji is a very nice, down to earth person who believes in imparting ‘right knowledge’ without having any money-mindedness.
Will surely recommend visiting for atleast couple of classes with Vivek Ji which will help you unearth what and how you had been doing all wrong.

My experience was very good when i last joined and this time also i am benefitting from the classes. After doing yoga class here, you will feel energetic whole day rather than exhausted in any other form of workout. This is what i like doing class here. Vivek sir is very professional teacher and doing great job. I would highly recommend people to join and feel the magic it adds to your life.
