These are as follow
- Parking
There is wide and spacious parking facility available (no car is parked outside the society like most of the societies in Rohini do)
-Security system
There is a security system like CCTV cameras. Facility of 24/7 security guards at the entrance door.
-Senior citizens
If you have a senior member in your family you should go for an apartment which provide structural aids for senior citizens
This apartment has benches and safety features and exclusive spaces for socialization.
-24/7 water supply
Its an important factor for our daily life
-health is wealth
This apartment understands this really well coz saubhagya appartment has its personal gym as well.
-Proximity area
Its close to proximity like hospitals, schools, institutes and shopping areas.
It has amenities like kids play area.
-on site maintenance
Electrician, plumber, Gardner, garbage disposal bins, available 365 days
Last but not the least Power supply
Have been living here since more than 25 years and dont remember when did the last power cut happened.
We dont need power backup in saubhagya apartment.
So basically saubhagya appartment is the best society in rohini coz you will be getting a wonderful neighborhood coz we all here lives like a family ?
