★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst untrained unware and not sure of anything they charge high but not sure of how to grooming at all distorted my dogs hair charged money for spa did nothing nothing at all. It's worst in nasik people here think that they can charge anything I'm so unhappy the way they spoiled my dogs looks. Stupid shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: Sure this store has variety of pets and pet products. I have visited twice. Shopped for pet food. My mistake was, I did not calculate my product amount at the store. When I had returned, I noticed they had charged me extra than the summing amount. And this happened twice. Not going to visit this store again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Not because of the quality, but just because of the mindset of looting the customers. That also means that the poor creatures in their store are a product of earning profits and nothing else. I hope this review reaches most of you all and you guys don't fall prey to this lootery.

Owner himself is a fraud. I’ve been waiting for my dog Certification for more than 2 years. And when I went for follow up regarding the same, Owner himself talks rudely no sense of etiquette. This shop will surely cheat you in one way or another. So don’t go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this store for anybody because despite of having a good collection of pet food/accessories, they have really poor customer service. Had booked a cage for my dog from this place and they “promised” to deliver it home the next day, however we had not received the delivery from them 2 days later either despite of having made partial payment for the cage. Upon visiting the store, because they refused to pick up any of our calls, the staff was rude and we ended up asking them for a refund of what we had paid. Really disappointed with the service and the staff behaviour.
