★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest my aim to join yoga class is for lost some weight n looking slim... I join Anahata yoga classes n after some time find many changes in between me... Not only physically but also mentally.. more stamina, strength, flexibility.. now I understand yoga is not n physical activity,it helps you clean your body n soul. Thank you so much Sourabh sir for constantly motivating Me..
Finally I lost 3kg weight in a month ... Thanks a lot sir ... I want to keep going with this new life style.... Thanks ANAHATA SPIRITUAL YOGA CLASSES...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone wanted me to join yoga classes but I used to ignore their advice as I always thought that all the yoga classes are good for nothing. But after joining sauyoga’s yoga classes my thinking changed completely. I enjoyed my yoga sessions and will surely turn back to this center for more advanced yoga courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been a month now and i have started noticing the chain my body. My flexibility has increased, iam able to do complicated aasan. I lost 2 kgs weight in 1st month itself. Meditation sessions is also very helpful.
Saurabh sir is amazing instructor, very patient with students.
I would highly recommend this yoga class under supervision of Saurabh sir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the meditation classes of SauYoga as the trainers are very good and friendly , they patiently teach how to do meditation from the step 1 and gradually teach you the advanced steps. My concentration power has increased and my mind stays calm throughout the day. Thanks Sauyoga team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to many yoga classes but yoga I have learned in Anahata with Guruji Mr Saurabh Ji is amazing and have no words. Their teaching style, grip over yoga at deepest level has no comparison. My stress level and migrain also reduced drastically with yoga and meditation in a couple of months. Thank you very much for such a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was wish of mine to learn the yoga, so I joined Anahata Spiritual Center and the process of learning yoga started very nicely in the guidance of Saurabh sir. for me doing yoga was the postures only before joining the center but I learned about chakras in Asanas with proper inhalation during asanas. As the days went passing by I started gaining energy not only physically but spiritually. Thank you so much Saurabh sir.
If you wish to learn really traditional path of yoga then Anahata spiritual center is the best place for you. I would highly recommend Anahata Spiritual center for the yogik path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was thinking that if online classes will be really good but I am having a great experience with Saurabh Sir's class. I have lost 7 kg weight in 3 months. Teachings of Saurabh Sir is amazing and it made no difference even if it's online class. I recommend it for serious persons who really wanted to do yoga, it's the best place whether offline or online. Thank you Saurabh Sir. ?
