Easily noticable and popular place. TV, AC, fans & lights are available in very good Working condition. Lifts are avilable. Located in Shivaji Palem, opp AU Women Engg College, Vizag.

Has lift. Few floors are function halls & top floor have rooms for rent.
Halls are big enough to accommodate around 100-150 ppl (non covid times)
Parking in cellar - generally is used by cooking staff for cooking food.

β β β β β Nice rooms, enough staff and quick response you can get. Location is great,you can see sea and mountain also from the balcony. you will get hot water from solar hitter.You will get lift also.

β β β β β A four storied building. Though convenient to reach parking in problem. Function halls are medium sized and fully air cooling, sufficient to small functions.

β β β β β Its good functional hall and spacious. Centralized AC is there and its good. Washrooms and Handwash places are neat in this function hall. Only thing is locating its address is little time taking proces. But people who are familiar about it locatiin wont have problem
