★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of finishes and materials available for modular kitchen shutters which gives aesthetically beautiful look. The carcass finishes are also rich in look and in budget. Their range varies from economic to highly expensive , namely practica, geometrica, crylica, scandica, etc. inner drawers are available in ss 304 baskets as well as Hafele, grass and Blum baskets are also available. The wardrobe range is also really nice which is of raumplus company. In hinged wardrobe they have 3 ranges. Enhanced , elegance etc. their sliding wardrobes doors are from floor to ceiling which gives very clsssy look to your interior, like bedroom or walk in wardrobe. They have three systems for sliding and walk in wardrobes namely ecoline, legno and UNO system. In which UNO system is very elegant and it has a open concept, which level ups your wardrobes look and design. I would definitely go for such kind of walk in wardrobe system. In addition to this, Saviesa also has unique system known as ‘metropolis’ which consists of tv unit + bed, 2 in one concept , a very useful concept for studio apartments or small space homes of Mumbai. Perfect for Mumbai’s living spaces where you do not have much space to move around in your house. Along with that they have bunk beds for children along with storage, king size bed, normal size bed, so basically saviesa is a complete solution for your house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service received from Sales Managers - Akshay Passi and Divya Thakkar at the Manpada, Thane store! Akshay took an order from us for a wardrobe when he knew he was leaving Saviesa and then left us in a lurch! No communication and the wardrobe received was very different from our design. Not to mention the fact that Ms. Divya and another Ms. Pranali (Akshay's replacements) were never reachable over the phone. The kitchen installation was done by third grade carpenters who needed constant follow-up. The overall experience was nowhere close to professional or satisfying. More like - "I have paid them the money and must suffer!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are fraud. They took my money. Gave me fancy design but never delivered as designed. Deadline was never met. Had to constant follow up. The store manager never answered my call. There's no one to reply to ur calls and messages. They literally harassed me. After sales service is hell. Even after logging the compliant they take months to reply. There's no escalation matrix. Like everyone is a king there and no one wants to work. Pathetic experience. Please don't waste ur money and invite stress. It's nothing but an Extreme stressful experience.
