★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have poor quality of service. Their staff’s behavior for retail customers is very unfriendly. Recently I had a very bad experience, I went to their C block Amar colony store Lajpat Nagar 4 New Delhi. I had to buy some palazzos. They offered me some inferior material of clothing and therefore I was only able to buy a couple of items. The worst part is that after I paid them the cash, they refused to accept that they returned me less than what I was supposed to get. After I repeatedly told them they gave me 600 rupees less, they still refused to give. Their CCTV recordings and cameras don’t work well enough to show proof. This is purely cheating and shows how cheap their quality of service and material is. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
